Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Quantum Sol, we are committed to offering transformational experiences through breathwork, coaching, and wellness events. Because of the energetic preparation and time invested into each service, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies:

1. Private Sessions (Breathwork, Coaching, etc.)

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive credit toward a future session.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Will be charged in full. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on completed sessions.

2. Events, Workshops, and Retreats

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Quantum Sol.
Cancellations: Requests made 7 or more days before the event may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future event, at our discretion.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed events, last-minute cancellations, or personal scheduling conflicts.

3. Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, Bundles, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once content has been accessed or delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If there is a medical emergency or extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us directly at [Insert Email]. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review your request with compassion and integrity.

5. Service Cancellation by Quantum Sol

If we cancel a session, event, or program for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future service.
