About Me

My Story: The Gift of Seeing

I have always felt what lives beneath the surface.

Not just what is said, but what is held back.
Not just what is shown, but what is true.

As a child, I did not have words for it. I simply moved through the world sensing more than I could explain. I could feel the energy in a room, the emotions people carried, and the quiet truths that often went unspoken.

For a long time, I questioned it.
I wondered if I was too sensitive or too aware.

Now I see it differently.
It was never something to fix. It was something to understand and refine.

As I grew wiser, I started to notice a natural rhythm to how I experience life.

With seven planets in retrograde in my natal chart, my energy has always been turned inward first. While the world moves quickly and looks outside for answers, I tend to slow down, listen, and process from within.

When things feel chaotic for others, I often find steadiness.

This has become one of the most valuable parts of my work. I am able to hold space in a grounded way, to stay present in intensity, and to help others reconnect to themselves without adding more noise.

My path deepened during my time in the healthcare system.

I saw how much people were struggling, and not just physically. There was a deep level of disconnection from the body, from the breath, and from the signals that are always trying to guide us.

What became very clear to me is this..

You can have awareness.
You can have insight.
You can even have powerful emotional or spiritual experiences.

But if your body is dysregulated, and your breath is unconscious or restricted, your system will continue to return to familiar patterns.

This is why such a strong focus of my work comes back to something simple, yet often overlooked.

The way you breathe is shaping the way you live. Your breath influences your nervous system, your emotions, your energy, your clarity, and your ability to feel safe in your own body. When your breathing patterns are off, the rest of your system begins to compensate.

 

So while many people are searching for their next breakthrough, I guide people into something much more sustainable. I teach them how to breathe in a way that supports regulation, presence, and real change in everyday life.

Over the years, I have trained in trauma informed breathwork, meditation, and Human Design. More importantly, I have taken the time to live and embody what I share. Because transformation is not about collecting more information. It is about becoming someone who can live what they know.

Discovering that I am a Projector in Human Design helped me trust the way I naturally operate.

I am not here to force or push. I am here to see clearly, to guide, and to offer perspective that creates meaningful shifts when it is received. There is a depth to how I listen and a precision to how I guide. I meet people where they are, and I support them in moving forward in a way that feels grounded and honest.

Through Quantum Sol, I hold space for people who are ready for more than surface level change.

People who want to feel different, yes, but also live differently. Because real transformation is not found in a single moment. It is built through the small choices you make every day. It is in how you breathe, how you respond, and how you show up when life feels real.

My signature practice, SolSync Breathwork, supports that process.

It helps you reconnect to your body, quiet the mental noise, and access what is underneath your patterns, while also retraining your breath so your system can support the changes you are ready for.

If you are here, there is likely a part of you that knows there is more available and you do not need to force clarity or have everything figured out before taking a step. Most people begin simply by following that small sense of curiosity or resonance.

There are a few ways to step into this work, whether you prefer to move at your own pace or be held more closely in the process. You might start with the Integration Packet and begin building a more grounded relationship with your breath and your patterns in your own space.
